I have been a designer and owner of a stationery store for twenty three years, and am a consultant/contractor for Papyrus/Tucson so I feel I have the background to offer a bit of advice. Pay attention to the grammar, and that also goes for blogs. If you cannot speak or write properly, customers will back away from you.Relative to blogging, you will have lost your audience. If you cannot write, perhaps you don't really know what you are talking about.
No mention was made of the paper selections which become quite important. Brides would do well to visit a high end paper store to see the selection of invitations. Why high end? The "real"stationery stores will have,at minimum, twenty or thirty books for you to view. Even if you cannot afford the invitations shown, you will be able to get quite a few ideas from the books that are offered. In addition, the personnel will be well versed on the wording and etiquette involved in a wedding invitation. High end books will also have high end papers. Low end books will glue down the envelopes so you are unable to feel the weight of the papers.
