I am a college freshman looking to become a wedding planner. I wasw wondering how people do that!

Take some basic business and organization courses. Some psychology couldn't hurt, also!
Mostly, you need experience. See if you can job shadow a wedding planner, see if one needs an intern or assistant, or just offer to take one to lunch so you can pick her brain. Your local florist or banquet hall may have some names of good ones in your area.
