What colleges and what kind of Degrees do I need to go to and get to become a wedding planner?

I want to become an event planner/ wedding planner. What kind of college and degree do I need to get? Any ideas?
I would recommend a standard Business Managment degree or a Project Management degree. However, project management is going to have some classes which would not apply, BM would be better. I'm currently attending Grand Canyon University and in the Applied Management program. I really like it, compared to UOP the cost is a fraction and the classes are much more thourough.
